How do I pay for an order?
When the cheese is cut and weighed you will receive a SMS payment link from SumUp which will say “You have received a payment request from Queso Ltd (£ amount). Please use the following link to complete the payment” with a link to a secure website ( https://paysumup.io………). We can then monitor if and when payment has been made.
Which of your cheeses are unpasteurised?
Most of the cheeses are unpasteurised. The British goat’s milk cheeses are “thermised” which means they use raw milk which is heated to a lower temperature than pasteurisation. To see the full list, see the Additional dietary information section.

he Google listing is for our facility in Birmingham where we cut, prepare and store cheese. We do not have a traditional shop. We can be found at the markets listed on the website.
I live outside Birmingham and Warwickshire, do you deliver cheese outside these areas?
We can send orders via next day courier service (DPD) – prices are from £5.95.
