Indulge in  our 24 month old Parmigiano-Reggiano, the "King of Cheeses," renowned for its nutty, savoury flavour and granular texture, ideal for grating over pasta or eating on its own . We regularly stock Gorgonzola which offers a bold, tangy taste with a creamy consistency, excellent for sauces and spreads. For a mild option, try Asiago, a versatile cheese with a smooth, semi-hard texture and subtle, buttery flavour and exceptional when melted in toasties. We stock both, Pecorino Romano, a sheep's milk cheese, adds a sharp, salty bite to any dish and Pecorino Sardo, which is similar to a mature Manchego.
