Available 24hrs after order from Queso Ltd, Unit 2, 361-365 Moseley Road, Birmingham B12 9DE

Weds 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Thurs 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Fri 5:00pm - 8:00pm
When collecting please bring your confirmation email with you.

Courier deliveries
You can choose when and where you want your cheese delivery to be made. Deliveries are made by courier or one of our team. Delivery is FREE for orders over £60 or £7.95 per order if your order is less than £60. Please note that each separate delivery address is treated as a separate order.

Postal deliveries contain ice packs to keep them chilled during delivery and are posted guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm. ,cheese must be kept refrigerated once received. Postal deliveries are available Monday-Thursday as there is no guaranteed service at weekends.

It is recommended that you have a ‘safe place’ to leave the parcel if you are not in. Your delivery should arrive before 4.00 pm; if it doesn’t, please ring Queso so it can be traced. During busy periods delivery may occasionally take an additional day.

Sorry, but Queso cannot accept orders where you have not given an alternative/safe place for the delivery. Timed deliveries are not usually possible (the courier will deliver sometime during the day, up to 4.00 pm and if you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your order in your stated alternative/safe place.

In the event that we are unable to supply a particular cheese, occasionally we may give you a substitute in some cheese selections. This will always be a carefully-selected similar cheese of equal or greater value.
If you do not want us to supply a suitable substitute in this way, state in the ‘special instructions at checkout: “No replacements”, in which case we may have to phone you if there is an issue.

Tracking Your Order

Postal deliveries can be tracked online – please contact us on the day prior to delivery if you require this
We will aim to get your cheese to you on the date specified and we will notify you if this is not going to be possible.
During Christmas week,(w/c Monday December 18)  we may move your requested date of delivery to facilitate delivery of items in the same vicinity.
