Young guns - a talk by Mick James from Queso

There has been a wonderful resurgence in artisan British cheese in the last 20 years This presentation  will look at some of the newer cheese producers in the Uk with an introduction to  their cheese and the people who produce them.

The talk will include a selection of 5/6 cheeses to sample 

There will be an opportunity to ask questions about cheese in an informal environment. 

You will be able to purchase wine by the glass or the bottle to accompany your cheese. You will be able to stay on at Cheddar after the talk if you want to continue your evening choosing from their wine list (other drinks are available :-))
