A raw milk cheese with a tangy, buttery flavour

Kirkham’s Lancashire Cheese, has been made  by the Kirkham family since 1978 in Goosnargh, Lancashire. It is traditionally made using unpasteurised cow's milk. This crumbly cheese has a rich, creamy texture, and offers a buttery, tangy flavour with a slightly yoghurty aroma.
