Pennard Vale is made by the Somerset Cheese Company using pasteurised goat's milk and a vegetarian rennet. It is a firm, pale coloured cheese with a close, smooth, creamy texture. The goats cheese has plenty of flavour, being initially nutty, with a fruity, slightly sweet edge.
