A rich, creamy blue cheese with a yellow rind.

A soft, blue cheese from the Cenarth Dairy in Wales using pasteurised cow's milk and a vegetarian rennet. It has a rich creaminess which is balanced by a sharp, strong blue overtone. It becomes golden in colour and stronger in taste as it matures. Perl Las means "Blue Pearl" in English.
