Sinodun Hill, also known as Bryn Sinodun in Welsh, is a pyramid-shaped, hand-made goat’s milk cheese.

Created by Norton and Yarrow Cheese in Carmarthenshire, it’s made over four days and aged for up to three weeks, it develops a creamy, mousse-like texture and a fresh citrus flavour that deepens with age, bringing notes of almond and red fruit. Its ivory rind can develop natural blue and grey moulds as it matures, adding to its character.

Sinodun Hill won Winner of Best Goat Cheese at the 2026 Artisan Cheese Awards, Best Artisan Cheese in the World Cheese Awards in 2022, and Best New Cheese at the British Artisan Cheese Awards in 2017.
