Sparkenhoe Red Leicester is England's only raw milk Red Leicester Cheese. 

This is a hand-made, artisan cheese, which may contain naturally occurring blue veins. These are normal and intrinsic to the nature of this type of cheese and add to its character.

Made using traditional methods, bounding it in muslin cloth and maturing it for six months on beach shelves. This cheese is creamy and mellow, with a nutty, sweet and citrus finish.  The addition of natural annatto gives this hard cheese and deep orange - red colour.
