A very rich, vegetarian Brie-style cheese with a bloomy rind made from Jersey cow’s milk.

It has a creamy, buttery taste.  Its distinctive yellow colour is due to the natural carotene in the raw Guernsey milk which comes from a single herd of pedigree Guernsey cows.
